- Applicant should have a valid passport along with the photocopy.
- Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
- Two recent passport-size photographs (to be glued on the visa forms).
- A covering letter from the Applicant.
- A copy of the yellow fever certificate. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
- Hotel reservation.
- Air ticket is required.
- Bank statement for last 6 months.
- Visa is issued with a validity of 3 months with a maximum stay of 90 days.
- Visa can be further extended from the Immigration Service in Bamako or at any Police Station.
- Applicant from Delhi region needs to apply personally.

- · A invitation copy from the company in Mali.
- · Company registration certificate of the company in Mali along with their Bank Statement (6 months) and Income Tax Return copy.
