• Passport valid at least six months
• Visa forms
• One recent passport-size photograph.
• Return Confirm ticket
• Confirm Hotel voucher
• Covering letter for stating purpose of visit
• Invitation letter from the Inviting / Sponsoring Bosnian National stating the Applicant's name, passport number, date of birth, purpose and duration of visit. (attested by Bosnian authorities)
• Proof of funds like bank statements for last 3 months, Income Tax Returns & copies of credit card.
• Bank statements last three months
• Tax Returns last three months
• Covering letter from the Applicant on the concerned Company's Letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Travel insurance.

Note : Personal presence of the Applicant is mandatory

Business
